Item Information
Our items are DTG (Direct-To-Garment) printed with water-based eco-friendly inks. We use a special solution in the printing process, so don't worry if you notice a scent or slight discoloration when you first receive your product. This is normal and after one wash, this will disappear.
Returns/Exchanges
We do not currently offer returns, exchanges or order cancellations under any circumstance. All of our items are made-to-order pieces that begin processing as soon as your order is placed. Please understand that we are small business. We do not have a warehouse or keep stock.
Because of this, we are unable to cancel or refund an item once it has been ordered. If you have any questions or concerns about our items, please reach out to us before placing an order to avoid any confusion.

Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with USPS tracking information at the email address you provided at checkout.
Unfortunately, as the sender we are not given any additional information or control over packages once they are in the hands of the USPS, and any issues with tracking must be handled through USPS directly.
